Celebrating 50 years at WSU.

Join us in celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Talmadge Anderson House and the African American Student Center at Washington State University.

50th Anniversary Reception

Dinner, awards and recognition.

October 25, 6:00–8:00 PM | CUB Jr. Ballroom | Tickets are required.

This year marks a powerful milestone: the 50th anniversary of the Talmadge Anderson Heritage House, the foundation of what has become the African American Student Center. What began as a research hub dedicated to preserving and promoting African American culture and history has grown into a vibrant space of connection, support, and empowerment for students across our WSU community.

To honor this legacy, we invite you, and all members of our community, to join us for a series of celebratory events, culminating in a special banquet where we will pay tribute to the enduring impact of Dr. Talmadge Anderson. His vision and leadership helped shape this center into a welcoming space for generations of Cougs.

All are invited. Tickets are required.
